Lydia Macheska, has over 20 years of business supervisory experience in several industries. Her expertise has been utilized to provide progressive development of business practices and leadership goals. She has provided education to staff and clients through clear oral and written means while supervising, educating, and evaluating multiple team members. She communicates daily with a multidisciplinary team to discuss project progress, expectations and problem solve to determine the best course of action needed for each unique situation. She assures staff is adhering to documentation due dates as directed by clients and regulating entities while also staying compliant with rules and regulations as set forth by the state.

Robert Macheska, P.E. C.F.M., has over 20 years of transportation engineering experience on transportation related projects. His duties have covered subdivision plat development, storm sewer and wastewater design, roadway and hydraulic design, utility engineering and coordination, public speaking presentations, management of project development and Final Plan Review, and construction. Mr. Macheska holds extensive experience in the areas of roadway design, hydraulic design, traffic control design, schematic design, bridge layouts, roadway construction and inspection, subdivision development, including subdivision engineering and utility engineering, among others.

During his tenure at TxDOT, Mr. Rodriguez worked on a number of roadway and drainage projects both in the design and construction phase. His duties in construction included managing and inspecting the construction of roadways and making sure they adhere to the specifications outlined in the plans. While at TxDOT, his duties also included designing the various items involved in roadways such as pavement design, drainage, plans, and estimates. As a project engineer at GDJ Engineering his duties include corresponding with TxDOT project managers, county officials, drainage and irrigation districts making sure project plans and estimates are completed. He is responsible for designing all the aspects involved in designing roadways with an emphasis in drainage hydraulic design. His duties also include providing project cost estimates and specifications.

David Anthony Garza has over 13 years of experience as project manager for environmental document and permitting preparation in compliance with the NEPA, federal state and local permitting efforts, as well as supporting construction management on a variety of projects. Primarily, his project experience has encompassed projects with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and/ or Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) as reviewing agencies where coordination with Federal, State, and Local agencies was required to ensure compliance with regulations. In addition, Mr. Garza has represented multiple entities at the local Metropolitan Planning Organization and worked with local governments to develop strategies to facilitate environmental clearance and secure State and Federal funding for roadway projects in South Texas.
